Client Review on The Check Exchange

I never had a bad experience there i think the people there are very nice i paid my light and cable bills over there ,but this month only that the cable company just turned my cable off bcuz they said payment have not reach them. But the payment was made on 61/22/16 so i don't know if the cable company is missing the information on their system or there us a problem from check exchange.Is almost 2 weeks since i made a payment for my Cable bill charter still don't have the money so i don't have cable .Since 23rd of june every time i called check exchange they tells me oh it would be done by the end of the day and is been 11 days now imagine you have paid for service ur not receiving i 've been advice from charter not to pay my bills there anymore .so something is going on over there and is not good.
