Avoid at all cost

Feedback:

Terrible wait times on customer service, no less than one hour every time I've called. I think that there’s recently updated their product but we have been customers for a long time and we’re not aware that they had updated their system before we decided to move on to our new giving platform. Unfortunately we have moved on to something else.

This company is terrible...I wouldn't give it even 1 star but can't post unless a star is pushed...find another company to handle donations before coming to CashLinq....

Very, very poor customer service. You can never reach a real person when you need them. When you email them, they sometimes take several days to get back with you, if ever they do. This is not a one-time experience we've had, it is a consistent, chronically poor way they operate.

Really LOUSY service. Average wait times on phone exceed 1 hour. Then told risk management department is working on problem . . . but no resolution after several days and many more hours on hold. Definitely looking to change merchant account vendors ASAP

We've used this company for our online camp fees payment to link with the Ultra camp for a number of years. It's been working quite all right till we requested for personnel and address change. They cut our online line link, thus our patrons and customers couldn't access anymore in paying their camp fees on line and worse to that they didn't have the courtesy to inform us the rationale behind before disconnecting the link. We have contacted the third party provider which is the Global Payments Canada to help resolve the problem and they treid to transfer our calls to the CashLinq customer service and the long wait of phone call for their personnel to attend to our request sometimes lasted almost an hour and it's very frustrating. Sometimes we're told that they would call us back but it didn't happen. We've been in contact with the customer engagement center to resolve the problem for almost three months but nothing has been done, thus we've terminated our relationship with this company on March 14, 2017. But even the email we sent, it wasn't acted till I made a call today April 5, 2017 to their office and again the waiting time for the call is almost an hour. I was directed to the Customer Retention and Cancellations Office and after I resent the notice of cancellation I am informed by the their personnel that our account is now officially closed. Sorry to say that surely we wouldn't recommend to anyone to use this company for their online payment services for they're not customer oriented and inefficient to attend to their long time and customer requests.

Do not release client data through industry-standard methods. Not easy to work with if ever there is a need to switch providers. Poor ministry and business policy.

This company added another company to our bank account due to a typo and was adding funds into our account in small increments. Due to the number of streams of income into our accounts this was undetectable. After 6 months of service they send us an extremely vague email stating they had made a mistake and that they were going to debit our account almost 5K. The email was not addressed to anyone and was full of grammar and spelling errors. They left no contact numbers or contact names and the email had no name on it. I contacted the company responsible and they told me it was a bogus email and did not come from them. In 2 days they deducted the money from our account, almost 5K. The problem was the amount that they deposited in our accounts was less than the amount they deducted. It has been two weeks and we still do not have our money back and they avoid our phone calls. Please avoid this company at all cost unless you enjoy dealing with a very unprofessional organization with many unqualified people handling you money.
