Overall Feedback:
After buying a vehicle from the Car Mart Burnie, it broke down 5 minutes along the highway outside of Burnie. While trying to contact the Car Mart, we were told that we could not collect the cash we had just paid for the vehicle because they close at 5.30pm and were going home. We are now waiting for a tow truck for (3 hours currently) while NO ONE is answering our phone calls in relation to where the tow truck is. Take into consideration we live in HOBART and are currently sitting on the side of the highway 4 hours away from home at 7.30pm as I write this. Do not buy from the Car Mart. (The vehicle does have warranty and the Car Mart has the responsibility as written in a signed agreement that if anything in 4-6 weeks were to occur the issue would be reprimanded).
