Feedback:

Everyone is very nice and polite. No concerns with that. Just started the refinance process not to long ago. Ben reached out and said he would get everything going. Since then I've talked to several different people. The documents needed have changed a few times between the people I've talked to. Things that should have been requested first were requested later which interrupted my work day. Paperwork was requested Thursday evening and I received a reminder about it Monday morning after I had already said I was going out of town. I think I've talked to at least 5 different people at this point. When I call to clarify or get an answer or make a request, that isn't always notated which causes confusion with the other people working on the loan. Would have loved to only have to work with 1 or 2 people. Seems that things get bounced around a lot. It's great to have someone to answer the phones and to collect different pieces but it would be better to work with less people. You get a call and request from one person and then have a question but they can't answer since they do something else so you have to bounce to other people to get an answer on a different call or email thread. Not sure how the rest of the process will go but will update again at the end. Not necessarily a bad experience but just a neutral one at this point.
