I’ll admit when I went into TFC I wasn’t the easiest customer to deal with. I was dealing with a personal emergency and I came in frustrated that I even had to look for a title loan however there the guy who helped me was super nice and seemed to really want to help so it changed my mood immediately. I ended up getting a loan with payments I could afford and I left feeling much better than I did when I came in.

My car got impounded and I did not have the money to get it out of the impound. Tfc were able to help me get my car back out of the impound. They were very helpful. I spoke with two different reps and they were both great. I really recommend their service.

5. I'm not usually one to post reviews but this place earned it. TFC Title Loans went above and beyond putting my mind at ease. It was my first time getting a loan like this and I was nervous. The customer service I received far exceeded my expectations. Not only did she fully explain to me the details regarding my loan approval, she made sure I understood the fine print and that I have the option to pay my loan off early (without a penalty). I really needed this to pay my tuition this semester, you're a lifesaver TFC!

I have nothing but excellent things to say about this place. I was in the biggest bind. It happened so quickly and randomly that I was in a panic. They explained the loan very thoroughly and treated you like they were in your position. I got the loan on a Monday and paid it off that Thursday when a family member lent me the money. I got the money within 30 minutes and the title directly after I paid it off. Thank you You are a life saver. Strongly recommended!!!
