Feedback:

I love the people who work at our Wimberley branch. They are always friendly and greet you right away, even if they are busy with another customer. Special thanks to Branch Operations Manager Meghann Howell for taking the time to help me fix my mobile deposit on my app. She is one of those people who, if she doesn't know the answer, she will find the answer and not pass you around from person to person. It has always been a pleasure to bank with Texas Regional Bank.

The people that work here have ALWAYS made my experience amazing...They know who I am and know my name...When I was about to have surgery, I mentioned it in passing one day and the next week I received a good luck and get well soon letter in the mail from the staff and it really meant a lot that they would do that...I live in Kyle now but will always keep this bank because they really care about people and do anything they can to make your day and visit easy and effortless...LOVE THESE GUYS!!...XO

My ten years of banking with TRB (formerly Blanco National Bank) was the best banking experience I have ever had in fifty years of banking. The friendly service of Barbara, Ruth Ann, and Sue that went above and beyond expectations always made my day better . Expertise combined with warm personal service is the best experience one could hope for! I only regret that moving from Wimberley required moving on to another bank. Now, I receive the anonymous, impersonal service delivered at a big national bank. I miss the wonderful people and service from Texas Regional Bank, Wimberley.

I normally bank at credit unions, but since there are none in Wimberley, I wanted to bank at a small, local bank. I had passed by TRB and looked online to see what their options and rates were. After walking in and talking to Pam and all of the extremely nice, helpful and professional folks in the branch, I had no doubt that I had chosen the right place. I am very happy with Texas Regional Bank.

They bought out Blanco Bank & I was happier with them. TRB seems to pick and choose when they want to charge NSF fees. Seriously thinking about taking my money somewhere else after 8/9 years of solid service before TRB came along.

Fees, fees...everywhere fees. Not only do they find any and every reason to charge you, but they have tried to make me pay for my safe deposit box 3 times in one month. Their mobile app is NEVER up to date.
