Hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a pawn shop. These guys are rude to say the very least. If you are looking for a knowledgeable and courteous salesman at a pawn shop it is my suggestion to go elsewhere.

Bought a ring they told me was platinum with an aqua marine stone. Went back to get a loan, without telling them I bought it there, and they told me it wasn’t real! Strongly urge you to not buy jewelry from there. I am taking it to a real jeweler to see what they say ASAP.

Overpriced used guns, you can buy the same guns, new at academy for less. 1/10 would not recommend to a friend.

Not sure if they just didn't like us or what, but we went in here twice and didn't receive any customer service whatsoever we were ignored the whole time. Lol not even a "Hello Welcome" when we walked in both times we went. I'm not the type of person that's quick to jump to it being a race thing. But everyone else that walked got customer service right away, and a hello Haha. They just happened to be white people. So yeah if you're a person of color I suggest not going here. Plus the high prices that they had on used guns was ridiculous.

Texas Cash and Pawn is by far the best pawn shop in town... I have took my business there for the past 6 years.Gene and Roger are the most caring and nicest guys you could ever imagine... I would highly recommend doing your business with this pawn shop then others in town....

Horrible experience. Pawn shops are supposed to haggle right? They had an item that I know was there over a year, because I had frequented the shop for dvds. I asked what they would come down to on it and they told me " we just put that out, can't come down on that"........Really? this was some time ago but deterred me from ever going back.

Went into the store today to do some gun trading was looking at used fie brake over shotgun 12ga and a stevens 30 -30 rifle. I Had a new in box never been fired keltec sub 2000 .40 and a used keltec 9mm. They were asking 120 for the shotgun and 368 for the 30-30. I was looking for straight trade. The kid behind the counter said he would do the 30-30 for both firearms and cash on top. I laughed and told him he was crazy I wouldn't do that it was highway robbery.

Extremely Rude Boy you have working there.I paid the lady for my ring had all the proper paper work and drivers license gave her cash she went to get my ring and went to hand it to me and the boy grabbed it out of her hand and wanted to see my drivers license again then told her to give me my money back because I didnt have the original pawn ticket, but I had the ticket from making payments on it. Very very rude little boy. I have used them several times even borrowed on the same ring before. Never will I return and will tell anyone who asks about a good pawn shop to not use them for any reason. I would rethink that little boy you have there, he is running off business.
