The classes are fantastic for general business information and the teachers are very knowledgeable. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the "counseling services." During the classes, they constantly plug that you can schedule time with a small business counselor anytime at no charge. When I tried to do this, I was brushed off with a standardized email in which they mentioned that it looked like I had attended some classes so I should already have the info I needed and if not, they recommended I attend more classes. I was really hoping for some 1:1 time to talk about issues related to my specific business interest rather than general business info, as discussed in the classes.
