Overall Feedback:
I saw the 5 star reviews on-line, so I called and spoke to a representative, who was in a different city. When I went to this branch, I found 1) it was set up as if located in a major crime zone, 2) when I met with a financial person, her phone rang- and I told her if she needed to answer it-that was fine. However I didn't expect her to socialize on the phone, which she did for several minutes, 3) when I explained my situation she said they couldn't help. I then went to my NLR Regions bank, which has a 2 star rating, and they vastly exceeded my expectations/requests.
