Client Review on Telco Credit Union

My name is G Wilson, I have an account with Telcu and I have had the worse experience imaginable. I don't understand why Telcu would allow charges to accummalate and not notify the owner of the account. I have to always call and had to have my site reset because it would not accept my password. I have made many calls to the office and at one point, I felt that the teller answering the call was as frustrated as I was or frustrated with my frequent calls. I was never notified of the transactions taking place with my account. I am a honest person, but I find this to be ridiculous to allow an account to continually rack up overdraft charges to the tune of over $200.00 and not notify me by phone or mail or email. All of these options were available to get a message to me pertaining to the piling up of overdraft fees. I am so disgusted with this situation. I have moved, but left a forwarding address. I have received all of my mail from my old address with the exception of none from Telcu. I don't understand how that can be. I want my account closed and this needs to be explained to me how this was allowed. I don't think you have very good customer service. I was advised that you were a great bank to do business with.
