Feedback:

I went to the drive thru to get my check cashed and said they couldn't give me it in cash which I found odd. I asked the lady if I could talk to the manager and she said several times that I couldn't. Once she saw that I wasn't leaving (with a full line of cars behind me) until I spoke to the manager she called her up. The manager explained to me what was going on with my check (she was very friendly) then when the manager left I asked the lady's for her name. She then rolled her eyes at me and told me that she can not provide me with information. She then turned of the speaker on me and closed the blinds. I waited for 2 minutes and she opened the blinds again to see me still waiting. She rolled her eyes again and closed the blinds once again trying to ignore my question. Worst bank ever. Don't go to this TFCU because they don't care about you at all.

Feedback:

Staff is incredibly rude and refused to help me when I asked details on my account. There was an issue with their ATM machine and it messed up my transfers and when I came back the next day they didn’t want to explain to me what went wrong with the transaction and refused to help at all and I ended up owing them money for unwarranted transactions. Worst customer service ever. I’m closing my accounts with this bank.

I’ve been a member here for a few years and I’ve never had a problem. Anytime something was wrong, the employees were nice enough to help fix it and did it right. There was a teller a while ago with earring gages and he was super friendly, congratulated me on my first car, etc. love TFCU.

The person that helped me wasn't friendly and very rude. Some people need to like their jobs specially if working with customer. I guess you have to be rude to get a job at this place.

great experience knowledgeable professional personel .im not the type of person who comes into the bank i rather call because of the past experiences but this was agood experience i spoke to a young lady about some problems with my account for retirement and she was pretty helpful at everything even game some advice i believe her name was michelle .thank you for your service next time i wont talk to no one but you

Just had someone steal $600.00 from my account from their ATM today. When has a bank ever allowed someone to take that much money in one go?? Their website even says there's a limit of $500.00.

Now if you don’t use your checking account for like 4 months or more and you have an overdraft fee they would not let you reeopen the checking account you have to wait 6 months to have your checking account reeopen even if you pay your overdraft fee , I been with tfcu since they open the branch in central Islip and they couldn’t forgive me and reeopen the account I’m soo disappointed . You used to be able to open an account with $1 dollar and they never charge overdraft fee for not using your account now they do . Tfcu Is getting worst.And the manager a woman she’s not help at all , she don’t even come out from her office to talk to the customer she just send the answers with the employeesIs not the same tfcu that I used to know ... disappointed

Most locations are okay but look outdated (from the 90s) They just updated their automated phone service and it's still the worse..u put in your info to get your balance and it says invalid member #..put your same exact info in a few more times and it may or may not take you to the next prompt...they need to step it up!!

People, be careful with this branch in this exact place. They deposit your money, make a whole mess on your account and the money you deposit ends up lost somewhere wether some of them keep it or who knows where it goes. Also, worst customer service EVER!!
