Customer service is getting worse and worse. I was on the phone with Jennifer who stated she was a supervisor and after six minutes of answering questions to verify who I was, she still wanted to ask more.Jennifer at 6:06pm on 9-12-19 should never be put on a phone with a customer, very very poor.

Poor Dispute withTD Bank about a bill ($540.00)since 2016 (husband in died 2018 ) now they think I should pay for furniture that was giving back to this store on the same day Downtown Furniture in Daytona Beach The above information was given to customer service and dispute departmentAnd my husband had 33,929 in Rewards not used I have been given the run around from customer service and the dispute department since May 2019Only thing they want to do is offer their condolences MY FEELINGS ::TD Bank need to tell me how they came to this conclusion that I own money for furniture I don’t have just FIX THE BILL AND GIVE ME MY HUSBAND’S REWARDS HE EARNED

They have completely lost focus on the customer. Non-competitive loans to other institutions. Plus, a company issued check that is deposited does not clear, and TD Bank charges a fee to the customer. Such a scam.

Been a customer few many year since Commerce Bank never had any problems when TD took over I've been hacked 4 times and the last 2 within 3 weeks!! Time to leave TD😠👿
