They deceive customer on the promotion....No one told me about the difference about the payment, wasting my time.After I called the customer service and they said there was no record of my 250$ promotions...Tbh, this is not even deceiving customer, it’s already a fraud!! Ridiculous....

I went there on June 3rd to open an account and the servicer gave me a wrong information and because of that I couldn't open my account and had money issues por 1 week. Then one week later I went back there and talked to another servicer who told me the previous info was wrong so I finally opened my account. When he was filling my personal info thou I saw he typed my phone number wrong. He told me he was going to fix it but now all my check folio came with my wrong number in it. My advice: if you can, choose another Bank.

I went there several times and they gave me false info 3 out of 5 times. And their costumer service is not really great either.

Worst customer service ever. I went i To open an account and there were 5 employees and 3 customers. So when my turn came the teller told me he is new here and that I need to wait for couple minutes till he find someone to help me. The customer that was right after me got told the same thing. Thereafter, the employee who decided to help offered the other customer who cam eafter me and completely ignored me for unknown reason. I’ll not bring any business to this location

I would give 0 star if I could. I told the branch employee to put a note that I will be traveling so that my card won't be locked. Traveled, card got locked. I tried contacting you guys. The system doesn't include the option of talking to a customer service on the automated machine until I Google it. It took me an insane amount of 45 minute to reach a real person who could do something to unlock my account while I'm standing on the street, hungry and tired after walking a long day.

I'm really upset with the service and the manner of the employees at this branch. As a student, I trust my bank to be knowledgable about policies and give me accurate information. I was misinformed multiple times by multiple employees, and it ended up costing me non-refundable charges. Really unhappy and disappointed with the lack of professionalism.
