My wife and I bought a 2nd vehicle from here 2005 Ford Explorer back in June 2018, normally after you make a purchase you receive the registration and permanent plate. However here we are in September and still not able to register the vehicle we bought and financed. The Arizona DMV has no paperwork from Taylor Auto regarding the purchase . There is no lien holder on this vehicle which there should be and because we financed , reported them they are trying to say their bank has rejected our current payment arrangement and they must buy the car back because of us supposedly. So The DMV has forwarded this case to the Office of the Inspector General and the Arizona Attorney General's Office. They essentially have taken our money BEWARE!!!

If you buy a car here MAKE SURE YOU TAKE IT TO A REAL MACHANIC first, they will straight up sell you a lemon remember you have at least 10 days to return the car if 500 or less miles were driven by law aka lemon law. Sold us a jacked up kia kept taking it back to there machanic and they just keep doing tempory fixes and making things worst costing us over 3000 in repairs car was also involved in a front end collision and they didn't inform us. Dont let them fix your car they will pro long it to get passed the lemon law were now stuck with a POS that's not worth what were paying

Took my car in for sevice at Toyota, come to find out that a big chunk of steel was missing from the frame, as well as their “mechanic” tried to fix a bolt that held the suspension to the frame and totally botched it. At least a quarter inch gap between the 2 and the bolt is sticking halfway out. It was also cross threaded so I’m going to have to take it to a body shop to get that repaired so it will stop making the absolutely embarrassing and terrifying noise it currently makes. ALSO the tires that were on the car were all showIng steel wire. If I hadn’t of noticed this when I did I would be dead on the freeway right nowNote: they tried to get me to pay for the new tires, long story short I did end up having to pay for them .

I've never been to this location until today, but Taylor Auto Sales is a great place to get a car; got mine there! Ask for Sergio, he's a good dude and will get you into something good as long as you've had a job for a while, good down-payment, and a driver's licence.
