We own several businesses and have been through dozens of credit card processing companies until we met with Jennifer from Targeted Merchant Solutions. Honestly, at first I was sceptical because she seemed to be to good to be true and I've been lied to by others in the past so many times. We've been with her for 5 years now and in that time have referred her to many of our friends that are just as pleased. It's rare to find a company you can truly trust in this line of business. I couldn't recommended her more.

Very complicated set up between our e-commerce site, our retail stores and our back- end reporting; Targeted’s group came in delivered and simple plan and their site was able to be used by all departments to answer customers questions. Great so far!

I cannot say enough about how this company has changed my entire view on credit card processing! Jenn came to my location herself and helped my through every piece of confusing form, making the switch basically seamless. After a couple months my old processors were still trying to charge me a monthly fee and she explained to me how exactly to deal with them. I have saved money, headache and now I have a number to call (that an actual person will pick up) anytime there is an issue! Love this company!!!!
