Feedback:

Terrible and inefficient company, been using the portal for years and they are stuck in the same erros, webpage does load properly, they no invest in IT and they t don't care to fix the errors, the activations for page plus take an hour or more to process manually, they live in the past, lazy supervisors does not help, wich i could go to a rally or tracfone convetion just to see the face of the supervisors or owner to tell them how stingy, lazy and useless they are, really tired of this company.

Feedback:

Nice company for freshers

Feedback:

Great customer service and very warming hospitality!!

Feedback:

Activates a phone that they claim will work on verizon, phone is locked to page plus, unknown to me. Phone says invalid sim when I tried to activate it and then they keep my money for the activation and tell me nothing can be done. Now the phone is locked from activations from any company for 60 days. So out 40 for phone plan, and out the phone for 60 days. Vidapay is a terrible company

Feedback:

Great customer service

Feedback:

Was there for a networking meeting

Feedback:

Horrible dealer support and customer service no one is much help. They can take your money but can not fix issues when they occur! Would not waste my time with T-Cetra or Vidapay.

Feedback:

This company does not care for providing good customer service. It is trying to become the "middleman" between a cell phone service customer and the cell phone service provider. However, in an age when most people are computer literate and when ALL companies run their own web sites, there is really no need for such services; specially when they are very poor, inept and inefficient. I had my cell phone service with Giv-mobile, but it went out of business as of 1/31/2016. We were informed that we have until 2/5/2016 to port out our cell phone number to a different carrier or lose the phone number. I ordered the sim card, for service to be provided by Ultra mobile, through a subsidiary of T-Cetra, Vidaexpress. Apparently, the sim card was shipped from Dublin, Ohio on 1/29/2016. However, I have yet to receive the sim card at my California home address. After some research that included tracking the shipment through the US Postal Service, I discovered that someone at the company wrote the wrong zip code on the envelope and therefore the sim card is in postal limbo; undeliverable. I contacted customer service and after explaining the situation to the agent, she told me, "...there is nothing we can do". After indicating that tomorrow, or rather tonight at midnight, I would lose my phone number due to their error she said, "... sorry about that, but we can't help you at all." WOW! Fortunately for me, I had purchased a sim card from Red Pocket, who delivered the sim card in two business day as promised on their web site, and now I am in the process of keeping my phone number with a different carrier; porting out my number. Vidaexpress and T-Cetra, we do not need a useless middleman that cannot provide efficient service that we, as consumers, can provide for ourselves. Don't use these inefficient companies, go directly to ultra mobile and others without having to deal with uncaring individuals.
