I contracted with this company to do light housekeeping. The last "caretaker" they sent refused to vacuum, then began shouting at me when I asked her to leave since she wouldn't do the work. She also didn't make the bed. She stood in the basement for an hour doing nothing, was on her cell phone down there for 20 minutes, and refused to do most of the tasks on the list she as given. Therefore I can't recommend this company.
