I had just gotten my laptop back after getting the hard drive replaced from another computer repair shop and the thing barely worked. I couldn't even sign onto the internet to get the proper drivers so I could sign onto the internet. There was no way I was going to be able to get this thing up and running so I could use it in my business. I took it to Jeff and in two and a half hours, got all 20 drivers that were needed, and on top of that he created a full backup of my machine in case something ever happens. Synergy is easy to work with and they do the job right the first time.
