Feedback:

Loan Sharks. My wife has a Gap Card. We used Balance transfer to close what we owe and by mistake made over payment. Still trying to get our money back. They hold on to our money for the past two weeks like leeches. Terrible people.Agent on the phone nearly cries saying BACKOFFICE handles everything.

Feedback:

Absolutely the worst customer service. They told me that they do not handle the credit card, although their name is right on it. Transferred to 5 different reps, only 1 spoke English well enough to understand, but still told me that they handle many different cards and he was not familiar with mine. Closed account.

Miss ONE due date and your credit rating goes down and is reported everywhere.

beware this company do charge credit feed which was apply to your monthy payment. Even though it's zero percent interested charge and still get credit feed charge to the account. before "You" apply or open an accoun instore or online please ask where it throuh. This company was partnership with alot of store out there.

Stay away from this bank.I don't know how the CEO, Margaret Keane, lives with herself. The interest rates are awful, the customer service is appalling and they are totally unforgiving in their Care Credit program. Care...hah! What a rip off.

If I didn't have to select a star and I would give them a zero. Poor customer service and all they care about is money. They closed my account because I used their card once.

ZERO STARS. Worst bank ever. I called because they owe me money.The woman in customer service pretended not to hear me for more than 10 minutes, managed to stop saying so mid-sentence when given my name each time. Poor acting and they pay this moron.
