Feedback:

Swipe Now is one of the best merchant service processors that I have ever worked with. My first dealings with them were over 15 years ago in a retail environment - where I was the accounting manager. Their merchant fees are the best around with no hidden fees on the statements - which are really easy to read. Not to mention the online daily reports you can pull. But since that first encounter, I have had the privilege of transitioning a subsequent contractor that I worked for to them and now find myself employed by a third contractor that already had Swipe Now as their merchant services provider before I came to work here.I love them - so responsive about issues and always available. Always seem to have the best interest of my business at heart and again the lowest merchant fees around - without compromising customer service!

They like to say they’re about customer service, but I sent them a message on Facebook inquiring about their services, as well as called their business l and no one replied. I can provide the screenshots from my inquiry. My bank, Wells Fargo, exceeded my expectations and there is always someone there when I need to reach them so I would rather pay a little bit more and be completely satisfied with my services. Don’t ever do business with this company.

I was promised a lower rate and upon analysis of my first statement realized that that wasn’t the case. I would stay away from this company.. Did I mention the $595 cancellation fee?

I'm not so sure about the previous negative reviews on this company, they are from years ago - so I'm thinking things have definitely changed! I actually love SwipeNow, been a customer now for several months. I'm a small biz owner and I use SwipeNow for all my merchant services both in-person, over the phone, and online with my website e-commerce. This company is LOCAL, super helpful, and has excellent customer service. Yesterday, instead of talking with their support guy over the phone - I was able to just drive to their location and sit down with him. It was awesome!Highly recommend SwipeNow!
