The people at Surety Bank are VERY caring and have always gone out of their way to make sure I have what I need, including personally calling me to follow-up without prompting.-----Before trusting any reviews that give less than 5 stars here, look at their profile and see what they've said about other businesses.Most of the time they only leave negative reviews which shows their lack of integrity to be fair to hard working business owners. It's hard to believe someone can only have bad experiences unless, well, it's not actually the fault of the business. All that said, visit Surety and decide for yourself.

What a nose dive. Used to be a great place to bank, but the “new crew” shelved customers service. Basic inquiries cant be answered. Take your business elsewhere.

Surety's provided my business with flexible terms on a loan and a line of credit. They are good people, with fast and friendly service. Their top leaders make themselves completely accessible to their customers who can walk from the lobby right into their offices for a chat! On top of that, they're seriously involved in making Volusia a better place, including involvement in the Chamber, Rotary, and mentoring small businesses. Thanks Surety Bank!

I come into Surety Bank every 7-10 days. Service is prompt and courteous. If I have a question I get an answer with an explanation. The staff is friendly and many of them recognize me and call me by name. In addition, they remember personal conversations we have had in the past. This is why I prefer a community bank.
