I was asked my bank account information over the phone. First, I gave my name (first and last), tax ID number, and the name of my business. The supervisor Shanice was rude. I'VE called over 7 times before trying to get into the system, so I could use the services. At this point, I do not want to deal with it. There's nowhere where I've read stating this information has to be given over the phone I'm over it and will not use this company ever
