My title company asked for a pay-off on 4/18, and has followed up several times. It is now 4/25 (7 days later) and we have still not received a pay off. I called myself, was on hold, someone answered, I explained the situation, he said let me check on that for you, then put me on hold. Someone else answered, explained my situation to the new person, they said let me check on that for you and put me on hold again. Very poor customer service and I am at risk of delaying the sale of my property because they cannot provide a pay-off.
