They don't qualify for a star. They are closing their doors early. Make sure you plan a head because they close before their scheduled hours. My husband went up today and they wouldn't let him or anyone in at 3:53pm. There was a line outside the store before he got there. If that's the case they should post a sign stating they aren't taking any new customers 10mins before closing in order to help everyone in line by 4pm. They will probably take this idea. Sorry to all those people who took the time out of their schedule and made a trip using their gas and energy only to be disappointed. I'm not one to write a negative review, but I don't like to waste anyone else's time and I don't like someone wasting mine. I hope that something positive changes in the future. Maybe I can change my next review to a positive one. Keep hope alive.

I would like to give my utmost and respectable thanks and much love too miss Deborah for helping me out tremendously on my notary I was very satisfied with her determination to help me I will always be greatly appreciative too her she deserves alot of credit and a small sufficient raise

Worse customer service i ever experience plus didn't know i would have to pay 50.00 to cash a cashier check after waiting 30 min for them to verify check. No communication on what was going i will never return there to cash anything!

Un-bank is about right for the name. They are not financially driven by principle in any nature. They also don't provide enough direction about what is needed for a loan. I hate needing to use a service like this but due to a poor decision I needed funds for a week. I was sent around to three locations and yet again asked for more and more. Returned the next day (because I would've had to drive 30 miles to print more documents for them) and when I returned the next day my account balance had changed and was declined, asking for yet again, more documents. Pretty despicable of a place and a poor manager, if you can call them that.

Usually have good experience at this location but the African American lady behind the counter (said her name is Deborah but not sure if it's true and wouldn't give me her last name) today, at 10am, needs to adjust her attitude and learn to love her job. Now there's two African American ladies working up front today. The one I'm talking about is the older one. Worst service ever received today. If I could give it a negative, I would. She was showing me attitude from the get go because my moms info isn't in their computer and so her info isn't readily available and she had to manually add it on the computer. We went back and forth cause I told her to adjust her attitude and she refused to send my mother's money. I went across the street and send it through Walgreens and received the best service ever:-)
