They were awesome when I opened my account in 2013. They even refinanced my vehicle. Now, they have all new staff and I do not like their customer service. I said "Good morning to the female that opened the door and got no response. Okay..that was rude. My card was stolen along with one of wallets so I requested a new card. The teller had to go ask for help on what to do. I was out in a timely matter but maybe they need new staff that is pleasant when you go in.
