Won't answer the phones anytime, activated my bank card still wouldn't work and now my direct deposit is over 4 days late...about to take my business elsewhere!!! Theres no more good credit unions left!!!

Moving to area very soon. Preparing for the move we thought we would set up a local account. In-laws bank here and an other close by CU. Went in met with friendly girl, had 2 forms of ID each, but couldn't unless we had our SS card with us. How many people these days carry that with them. Needless to say, its their loss, right down the street, exact same thing, gave information and IDs to account lady and have a new account open! Now linked to my current bank the move should be seamless when it comes to banking. Thank you Vystar!
