I was recommended to this place by my friend in 2015. I was a Student at that time. Sunshine services has been filing my taxes since then. The staff to be honest are very helpful! Also, the pricing is very reasonable. Would highly recommend any one looking for a CPA!

Sheetal does a good job filing taxes and itemization. However she is expensive and delays taxes till last minute, perhaps to make sure you have no other option but to pay what she asks. I went to her first time based on a referral from a friend and She over charged me for my tax filing. I would not go to her next year.

Sunshine Services, under the direction of Sheetal Prakash, has been doing my personal taxes for about 7 years, and I highly recommend her company. The entire staff has been very professional, competent, friendly, and prompt in preparing my taxes. Sheetal is an amazing CPA, and after having my taxes done for decades from several different people, I absolutely believe that she is the best person who has ever prepared my taxes. I recommend her with no reservation to do a detailed, complete, and professional job on your taxes or other business matters where a CPA is needed.

They send timely reminders and ask appropriate questions to complete the the tax returns. I was referred to Sunshine Services by a neighbor. I spoke with Sheetal, owner of the company. I transitioned my personal and medical practice taxes and accounting to Sunshine. My experience has been outstanding. Staff is professional, dependable, competent and courteous. Services were prompt. Their cloud services for uploading all the documents was seamless and easy. I will highly recommend this company for your personal taxes, business taxes and accounting services.

I was in need of a CPA for my father's tax return, and given his unique situation, I wanted to make sure that the tax firm I choose is qualified to handle his tax return/had experience in such tax returns. I came across Sunshine Services Inc. and called them up. I spoke with the receptionist and explained what I was looking for. The receptionist took down my name and number and promised that Sheetal Prakash (owner) will call me back. About a week passed, and no one called me back. I thought they might be busy and gave them the benefit of doubt, and decided to stop by at their office, and make sure they were qualified to handle my father's tax return, and post that assurance, set-up an appointment. I went their earlier today, and spoke with the receptionist. She went back inside and huddled with Sheetal Paraksh for a few minutes and then came back and told me Sheetal would not talk to me and that I need to make an appointment. I again explained to her that I am ready to do that, just wanted to make sure that they have experience/are qualified to handle my father's unique situation. But to no avail. Meanwhile I saw Sheetal moving in/out of her room but she would not even look at me. Very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. In this day and age of customer advocacy, I find her behavior appalling. Maybe she is doing well for herself and hence does not care about new customers. I would stay away from Sheetal and her company. Truly disappointing.

I have got the timely and expert service be it the payroll related or business related or personal tax related.I found Sheetal to be knowledgeable.
