My mother had a horrible horrible experience today at the Glenville Sunmark. The man that helped her was rude, thoughtless and not caring at all. She was crying her eyes out and he couldn’t even offer her a tissue. She will not be going to the Glenville Sunmark ever again due to this mans RUDENESS and coldness. He

Great Bank great people Drive-Thru is a piece of garbage smashed my door into the drive-thru machine it's too low literally have to lean out my door or get out of my truck with my door open my mirrors can smash the pillars widen it and lift the machine up outside what are we living in the 80s with Honda Civics pretty much everyone drives an SUV fix your garbage drive-thru if you drive anything bigger than a Honda Civic don't use the drive-thru you could potentially damage your vehicleUpdate 3/19 the drive thru has been updated the machines are better now because you can actully deposit your money instantly and not wait untill the following business day or if it's a weekend you used to be screwed until monday. Negative the machines are still 2 low but slightly easier to use due to the touch screen but still have 2 contourt your body to take your money

I just left the newly remodeled Sunmark. I am not really happy, they r putting people out of work with their new machines they want you to use. One teller is there if you don't want to use a machine. Which I Do Not! All new employees.😓 there were quite a few people unwilling to use the new machines.

I love this bank nothing but helpful and respectful people here. And if you over charge and you honestly forgot to get overcharge coverage they forgive you. They go out of their way to help you in anyway they can.

Would not notarize a limited Power of Attorney that would ONLY enable our attorney to represent us at a real estate closing in another State. Worse, the Sunmark Notary suggested that this was a standard policy for all banks. A competitor bank right up the road, which we fortunately retained a relationship with, notarized our signing without an issue. I can't imagine why Sunmark would set as a policy NOT notarizing the signing of this type of document.
