If I could rate them a zero I would. Go anywhere else. Their banking policies are BEYOND messed up, and they change their policies without even infroming existing members. Will never be banking here ever agian!!

We have banked at Sunlight CU for over 15 years. On occasions problems will occur, as with any service. But with communication, they are friendly and solution oriented. They have made car loans easy and are friendly to deal with.

The tellers are always friendly and willing to help you figure things out, no matter how small or big. Fast service. I have my car loan here as well and have had no issues. My only complaint is the online banking format being so old.

I like the staff but they way the operate is unprofessional. My husband and I needed a loan and they have over 80k oo collateral for a 5k loan. And there checking accounts and debit cards are so messed up. They designate where you spend your money. Credit unions are supposed tte better option. A step above the rest. They are several flights below everyone else.

I have been banking at sunlight for many years, dec of 2013 my account got scammed for 402.50 dollars. I did everything I was told to do like filing a police report, I called the 2 stores where my card was used. the thing is I had my card, I believe I was scammed by a device called a skimmer. anyway 4 months went by and I finally called over to the cody branch and the person I talked to basically thought I ripped my own bank off. one of her comments was you better have a good picture on your drivers license so in case they may have the theif on video. the messed up part is when these transactions were made in Denver CO. I was at work in Sheridan WY. I don't know what this person wants me to but needless to say she never called me back and its been over a year. I am changing banks because I will not bank somewhere where they think I ripped them off......I really did love this place....

If you don't mind waiting in line while employees chat with other customers and carry on personal phone conversations then this is the place for you. I seam to be confronted with this frustration every time I'm forced to come in. What ever happened to professionalism and speedy customer service?
