Once again Chad and his team have gone above and beyond in whatever means necessary to wow our first time home buyers and make the stressful process of buying a home manageable because they had the trust and confidence in a dedicated team fighting for them each step of the way. And when I say fight, that is exactly what Chad has done. He won't take "no" for an answer and when faced with the impossible somehow he manages to make it all happen in the end time and time again!!

Our family’s experience with Summit Funding was wonderful! All the staff we encountered throughout buying our home were knowledgeable. We used Jon Dobbel and he was amazing! I would and have recommended him to anyone looking for financing needs. He was easy to talk to, readily available, and I always felt he was looking out for our best interests. Buying a home is by nature a fairly stressful thing, but this by far was one of the best experiences we’ve had.
