Feedback:

The folks at the downtown Charleston location made it so easy to set up a business account compared to other banks I have worked with. And since then, they have personally handled my requests with speed and grace. Love the new relationship!

Feedback:

If I could give this bank zero stars I would. My daughter had taken the time to wrap 20 dollars in change to cash in before we went on vacation. The teller refused to do so without an account. Then instead of asking if we would like to open an account she rudely pointed us to a machine that would charge a %10 fee to cash the change in. Ridiculous!!!

Best bank ever. I moved to Colorado 2 years ago, and they still go out of there way to help me on the other side of the country.

They never do what they say they will do, lie to you so they can get off phone suppose to fix my account 3 times never have . Will never bank with them again be careful if you do .
