Avoid This This Credit UnionI've been a member at Suffolk Federal Credit Union for over 5 years without any issues. I originally signed up to SFCU, because I thought I liked the idea of supporting the community and local credit union. In March 2017, I had an unauthorized charge made to my account from an online company. I went to SFCU and spoke to a man named Joe, and then the manager James. I provided emails, receipts, and dates/times of trying to get this company to honor their return policy as well as credit me for the missing items.It's now July 2017. I still haven't received any resolution. The SFCU is treating me like I'm the one who did something wrong...At this point I'd be willing to donate the money (that was basically stolen from account) to charity. I just DON'T want this online company to get away with scamming people. Suffolk Federal Credit Union has been a NIGHTMARE to deal with.
