The prices are not like I experience with other estate sales companies (such a find is always expensive). I found an item and an accompanying item that had no price on it. When I went to pay, additional money was put on the accompanying item. I left the items there. I have been to many of their sales, with similar experiences. The staff is not very friendly either. I will not waste my time going to Such a Find Sales again.

My husband and I decided to downsize and move to a smaller place. Such a Find did a great job of selling/getting rid of everything we left behind and left the house completely bare. We were very happy with all aspects of the sale and highly recommend them to any boomer why wants to painlessly scale down.

I'm copying here my review from Yelp (11/9/2017). We used this company in October of 2017. From our experience, if you hire these people to do an estate sale, you need to supervise them closely. In particular, you need to keep track of the valuable items at the sale. You need to be there at the beginning of the sale to make sure that all your items have price tags, and at the end of the sale to find out what happens to the unsold items. At the end of the sale, most valuable items are given to a liquidator for a very low price.It is tempting to leave the entire sale in their hands and trust them to handle your items respectfully. In our case it did not work out. We deeply regretted not being there, at least at the end, to prevent our most valuable items from being handed off to a liquidator.

I remember going to these estate sale 4 years ago, finding fun treasures (furnitures, kitchen and houseware) that are reasonably priced.over the last year or two, the sales have become rather ridiculous- in addition to the company passing out numbers for lineup, early birds have started a pre-line up numbering system: essentially, there is no way to get an item you really want unless you camp overnight at the site or get there at the crack of the dawn.Pricing of the items have gotten to be ridiculous- 3 rolls of Kirkland (aka Cosco) toilette paper (not 3 pack) for $2, (Target sells 24 rolls for 3 bucks); used grocery shopping bag with worn down handles for $2. My husband and I were looking for a small round table for our condo, and they had a used/scratched 30 inch Hermann Miller office table for $300. We are not collectors, and we are simply looking for a sturdy long lasting table that fits our needs. Their reply was "if you don't take the offer, we will simply take it to our next sale". Essentially, such-a-find is a moving garage sale from one place to another, selling things to folks looking for impulse buys. Their only concerns are profits, and not moving items to people who actually would need, appreciate or take care of the items. Would be best for the owners to put on their own sales and they may actually sell more.

Attended a sale on Geddes today and was thrilled with my finds (2 large rugs, and some patio furniture). Came for one rug and was pleasantly surprised by the prices. Sale was well organized and the staff was great! I was able to check out and come back at the end of the sale to pick up my items, and they helped us load. Thank you!!

Have been to some of their sales. I find the people quite nice but the prices quite high. Then, they go to 50% in the last few hours and sell things for, in my opinion, less than what they would have gotten if they just put a reasonable price on it to start with. Having said that, I am not an expert in such things and they are. I just tend to avoid their sales now for the most part based on the pricing.
