Just called right now to get my balance. Your service reps radio was blasting loud so she couldn’t hear me when I gave her my name to see how much I owed. When I asked to repeat my balance she screamed into the phone’s mic. I decided to hang up on her. Not sure what her problem is this morning or she didn’t get enough sleep but nonetheless, that was terrible customer service.
