Student Loan Solutions is NOT a scam. All you need to do is make sure you turn in your paperwork to them on time. You have to take care of your responsibilities and then you will be fine. Low payments and keeping in touch with the company is all that it takes to successfully get your student loan debt under control. They call customers continuously because they want you to realize how important this is and they don't want to see you get garnished or get into legal trouble with going into forbearance for no reason. All you have to do is be organized and simply respond to their request of sending in paperwork. Scams don't last for years and years...scams are not approved companies. Just some food for thought, I have dealt with them and have had no issues because I give them my information and am responsible with my payments.
