Matt and Stacey Litberg are criminals and frauds. After being prospected, I did more research into their company and subsequently found that they have been in several lawsuits for unsavory business practices. They prey on companies who can't otherwise obtain credit card processing services due to poor credit and who are otherwise considered "high risk." They offer no transparency as to what their fees are and cannot be trusted.
