Deceitful business practices. Have you sign documents snd approve you to turn around and say after verification you dont have enough money in deposits over the past 2 weeks to qualify, despite verified deposits of $500k over previous 4 months. All for a 25k loan......what the purpose of a capital loan? If I had enough in deposits over the previous 2 weeks i wouldn't need the loan. Literally stupid. Bait and switch. Scam. Stay away.

Bait and switch on loan products. I wanted an sba loan but all they wanted to give me was a revenue loan at 50% interest. These guys are predators, stay away.

Waste of time for real business in search of financing . Just another broker pimping $50,000 term loans with short terms and unreasonable fees. A title loan lender under a different umbrella!

Great to work with up front. But, god forbid you have any financial difficulty during your payoff period. They won’t work with you on repayment options, try to work around your attorney and you end up talking to a different person every time you call them. All the lenders we worked with worked with us on our payoff terms, except Kapitus. If you choose them, make certain your cash flow is going to be consistent.

Decided to call the number that was advertised on the radio station I was listening to. Specifically did that to save the number if I decided to call back after looking into the company. Immediately received a call back, even though I had not completed the call or left a message. Decided after a few days to not participate in their programs. Have been receiving incessant calls four or five times a day from a Damien Becker to solicit. This is been going on for 3+ weeks. Finally answered and spoke with the gentleman explained I was not going to participate and was immediately interjected into a sales pitch about walking into a gym and would you walk into a gym if you didn’t have any intention of trying to lose weight or get in shape. Asked Damian to stop, said I would use the service if I decided I needed, he got aggressive talked over me it became rude. I hung up. Do not use a service that employs people that should be used car salesman at best. Do not use a service that trolls your number and incessantly harasses you either. Very unprofessional
