The parts guys are total jerks. I guess I hurt their sensitive feeling trying to get a part for my lawn tractor. Any how I ordered on the 19 payed next day it didn't receive my part to the 23. Noticed on the invoice it wasn't sent until the 22. I hope you feel big and powerful George Thomas RULING behind your parts counter. Oh I forgot to mention they didn't want to waste theit time with a lawn tractor and kept telling me they were busy and to call back. Never again will I waste my money here! Looks like someone else has complained about customer service too! I wonder if the manager will address the situation. Me I'd fire the arrogant SOB'S
