Bought both off the shelf and custom butchered beef and pork. First time buyer. Cost and how to order explained well. (I have ordered from another place in the past so not totally new process. ) The service area was immaculate. Staff very customer friendly. Glad to find a place where I could buy from a non CAFO farmer. Even if you don't want a whole hog they sell sausage and other items as well as variety boxes. Haven't had a chance to try the meat itself but will let you know about taste and quality when I do.
