Client Review on Sterling National Bank 24 Hour ATM

My whole experience with this bank has been a horrible and horrendous ordeal since there merger/takeover of Astoria Bank. There online banking app rarely works and continually requests authentication confirmation but then never actually works correctly. There customer service representatives are good for absolutely nothing and be prepared for a 30-45 minute wait before actually getting one. The bank staff is not much better as it is more important to talk with each other in the corner out of view while only one cashier is working even though there are six people waiting on line. I’ve had many banks in my lifetime but this bank takes the prize for the “WORST BANK EVER AWARD”. I have personally closed all of my personal and business accounts with this bank because I just can not do business with a bank that just does not care about its customers and being there when we need them and providing the best possible experience ever.
