The people who work in this bank will change your mind foreverabout what a banking experience can be!!There is only one in Arizona but cash machines are everywhereand I'd rather pay the occasional inter bank fee than deal with theincompetents employed at all the other banks.

I realize that I got behind in my payments I own a small family-owned business and I've had a tough time this year I talked to them to work it out but all they would say is that they would repossess the truck they have no heart

27 equipment loans over 14 yrs. in business, seven remained. Never go back!!!! terrible customer service, all new equipment contracts Will give the competition who values my business. Stay away.

Excellent and friendly customer service. I've banked here for years, was going to move everything into one bank a few years ago, but Stearns gave me the direct deposit number, so i kept it and it has saved me in many bad situations down the road! It's difficult in this day and age to manage money, but Sterns operates on a straightforward basis, which in the business world, is much appreciated.

Terrible customer service. Very unprofessional. Had 6 equipment loans with them and paid them off early so I didn't have to get their annoying 6 time a day phone calls.
