Excellent service
Feedback:
I became a member of STCU a few years ago coming from US Bank. I've been so impressed over the years of STCU's customer service, willingness to work with you, and my experience here. I seriously don't understand why anyone uses banks anymore. If I had to critique STCU, it would be their call center and hours. For being a local credit union, the wait times are pretty bad at times. Also, for a lot of us who work 8-5's, you need to have Saturday hours. Especially as Spokane's premier credit union for over 70 years, this would keep you guys remaining top notch.

I went here to get a loan on UTV that I use for my small Business 3 years ago. The staff was very helpful and understanding. They were happy to answer any questions I and the seller had. Because of that first loan and their great service I move my Business accounts over to them as well as my Auto Loans. With out STCU my Business would not be where it is today. Thank you for supporting local business with your great services!!

I have been waiting for 30 minutes and ten people have been helped before I had to go up to the counter and ask what the buck is going on.
Feedback:
The tellers are super helpful depositing and withdrawing my money. Very helpful setting up my account. That said the loan officer at this branch has screwed up the paperwork for my fiancee's home loan numerous times. She has repetitivly asked for the same paper work even after being supplied with it. She still after several times of being told our address was wrong on her paperwork she changed it to yet another wrong address! She does not respond for communication and is completely uncaring about failing to do her job correctly!!
Feedback:
I called 3 times once at 5:20 pm then 5:30 then 5:40 got hung up on all 3. Just because it's almost closing time doesn't mean you get to stop doing your job. If my payment is late it's on you now not me.

Horrible experience, I have been into STCUs on four seperate instances with the intention of opening an account (in the hopes of finally ditching my account with my bank)Three of the times visiting an STCU were at this specific location. Each time I was turned down for membership on grounds of insufficient identification. The first time, student I.D. was not enough, recommendations of pay stubs from work and a social security would be sufficient.Third instance I came in to open an account I was turned down for insufficient I.D. while having the listed I.D. I had from the last time I came in. This time I was informed that work W-2s and government mail with address and name were insufficient. This time I was recommended to bring in non-copy birth certificate as sufficient identification. Now the fourth time in to this location (today) I was turned down for membership with hopes of opening account on grounds of insufficient identification, now let me list what all I brought in. I brought in photo I.D. of an expired military I.D. birth certificate (non-copy) I brought in a class 1 state I.D. (temporary) government mail with name and address, W-2, work pay stubs, health insurance cards, social security number and Washington state services card. So this is the fourth time of being informed of insufficient identification based off the I.D. that THEY said would be sufficient. To top it off two of the times the tellers almost seemed to revel in my insufficient I.D. problem and were utterly indifferent about the fact it was their information that I used to bring in the necessary I.D. (this most recent time the staff was actually remorseful about it and not almost giddy or condescending about it.)Learn from my experiences, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere as this is just a ridiculous and outlandish series of events. However if you still choose to open an account with this poorly managed facility keep in mind that you will require an extremely up to date Class 1 I.D. that maintains Name, Photo, Signature, government markings, Social Security Number. Bring in additional class A and class B I.D. just in case this most recent time was also an inaccurate representation of the necessary prerequisites to open an account.
