Was going to purchase a DVD player we need to fix a Panasonic Q system and when I called to make sure it was in stock since it said add to cart then she originally said its a car stereo then I told her to double check and she comes back and starts using excuses that they do not have it anymore. Pretty disappointed in how she treated me and how she didn't care for the situation. I do not recommend buying from this place online and to only purchase items that you can physically see since they are deceiving.Edit: The owner called me and explained to me about what happened, and while I understand things can happen where they forgot to mark something as sold (even though you should stay on top of) I admire his dedication in finding out who wrote this, call me back and explain everything. I am leaving it at 4 stars because of the person who was rude on the phone, but I am bumping it 3 more stars because of the owner.
