Rashae Alston - CSR was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. He assisted me with adding another person to an account and it involved forwarding information to another branch for completion. This transaction was done promptly and flawlessly. To top it off, he took the time to call me the next morning to assure me that everything was complete and good to go.
