SBI, this name spells poorest of poor service. State Bank of India, District Centre Janakpuri, a Government-owned bank offers banking services but at its poorest level. Officers here do not have 'abc' knowledge of its banking software thus they are the prime source of wastage of time of its customers. Lengthy procedures formulated by the bank are another bottleneck in rendering efficient and prompt customer services. MY Recommendation:- Do not have banking relationship with SBI (Sh..t Bank of India). Those having account/s with SBI must close it immediately and new customers must never venture to open any account with this Bank. Other banks which are much better in service and class ought to be chosen for opening an account.
