Go there only if your time is worthless. This bank is so slow with only one working counter. In today's fast moving world its shocking that such a snail paced institution still exist.

Branch seems to be very slow,also it's very hard to get cash in their ATMs.

This bank work on Saturday and Sunday too... So useful for those don't get time in normal week days. Yes, staff behaviour needs improvement but they are not too bad.

Visited the Branch recently in connection with opening a new account. There was a young guy right in front of the Entrance, who guided well and gave few forms to fill out. I did that & went to him. Meanwhile I saw him coming from the Branch Manager, Ms Mansi's, Chamber. Earlier he was very supportive but now, after meeting the Manager, he looked terribly depressed and irritated. I told him that I had filled out the form and what next was to be done. He asked me to meet the Branch Manager. OMG! The lady asked me so many irrelevant questions, in a School Teacher type tone, as if she was scolding me for not having done my homework. I got so upset that I decided not to open any account in Masulkar Colony Branch, visualizing what I could face in future with such a Manager at the helm.

Slow service may be due to no enough staff. Few services not available (e.g. you cont make payment of ITR/TDS, need to visit other branch). Good infrastructure. Two Wheeler parking available.
