Much needed but overwhelmingly crowded. Sometimes the employees are rude or just missing from their cubes.

It provides all the banking facilities. The staff are good in their work but not always friendly. The present (at the time of reviewing i.e., July'18) Customer Relations Officer is very helpful.

The ATMs at this particular branch work fine most of the time; CDMs too. Lately I cannot use the passbook updating machine even though a barcode sticker is on the passbook and I have to take a token and go up to the SWOs to perform this simple task. Seems like a waste of time, money and space machines don't work like they are supposed to.Many Indian citizens use SBI as their primary bank but sadly most SBI bank employees lack at appreciating this and lack at soft skills. I had a good experience at the Premiere branch at Jingkieng even though I have no business there. But I have had many sad experiences at my own SBI home branch.
