Worst experience at this branch. Very arrogant staff members and also the the process isn't effective.

Most of the time the server is "down".. Employees here are old and can't provide quick service.. very arrogant staff.. I have account with this bank for last 6 years but I always hope I never have to go to bank but whenever I do I get mentally harassed by these bunch of oldies. Bank should fire them. Bank is always overcrowded with no system in place to manage the crowd.

I don't know about other things but the branch manager was very polite. She answered all my queries, provided relevant information.

Bank remains closed on 2nd and 4th Saturday. Though in Google it shows open.
