A dedicated machine token machine, a friendly and responsive staff on the machine. A token is given for various tasks, which helps customers.On my visit, electricity was gone. No backup for cash counter, fans or lights. Very sad State for State Bank of India. Manager should have taken onus on pacifying angry customers, but did not.Lot of seating area for people to sit and wait (pun intended).
