The new ATM/drive up service is HORRIBLE and inconvenient. Both times I have used it, I have ended up parking and going in d/t malfunction. Also, when I went in for a lost debit card, they couldn't help me because they hadn't yet set up their machine - this was one month after the new building opened... we are now in the process of changing banks.
